Cawood Park – Holiday Home Hire

2019 – Cawood Park Hire Tariffs

• All accommodation at Cawood Holiday Park is non-smoking.
• We commence hire for 1st February 2020 – we have weekly start dates which commence on a Saturday
• Our hire holiday homes are all 2 bedroom and 6-berth with a bed settee in the lounge.  They are centrally heated and double glazed so nice an toasty in the winter.

                           Full Week – £395 – non-peak

                           Full Week – £495 – peak – school holidays

                          Weekend – £295 – 3 nights Friday to Monday

                          Midweek – £295 – 4 nights Monday to Friday

• Normal take-over time is 3pm; vacation time must be by 10am on the day of departure.
• Bed linen is provided, towels are not.
• A £50 security deposit is required upon arrival (fully refundable subject to damage).
• Dogs are not allowed in our holiday homes on Cawood Park, but we do have special pet holiday homes at Weir and Allerton Park.
• Electricity and gas is included in the rental price.
