Your stay at Weir Holiday Park is a chance to relax and unwind; slow down your life and take the time to see the world around you. You can choose to stay with us for a weekend, a week, or buy one of our holiday homes and enjoy Weir Holiday Park as often as you like!
We want to help you make fantastic holiday memories for all your family – including your dog. We welcomed well behaved dogs in our holiday homes and around the Holiday Park.
At Weir Holiday Park our facilities include:
Stamford Bridge is just 8 miles from the historic walled city of York, with its museums, galleries and shopping; and is well located for accessing the Yorkshire Wolds, the North York Moors and the Yorkshire coastline. Stamford Bridge village has a selection of shops, pubs and cafes that are all within walking distance of Weir Holiday Park. We are located next to the River Derwent, which offers the opportunity for riverside walks, bird spotting and fishing. At Weir Holiday Park we offer on-site fishing in either the fast paced weirpool or the slower flowing upper weir reaches and cut. Or simply fish from, or just enjoy, our own private lake.
Here at Weir Holiday Park we are pleased to welcome wheelchair users and mobility impaired. We have prepared some details that you may find useful in this access statement.
2021 – Camping & Tourer Rates
A basic pitch at Weir Holiday Park includes two adults – additional people over the age of 5 are welcome but there is a supplement to pay.
Low season (March-June, Sept-October, excluding bank holidays): £20.00/night
High season (July, August and all bank holidays): £24.00/night
Additions:
Electric Hook-ups: £3.00/night
Awnings/Gazebo: £3.00/night
Additional people: £3.00/night
Single person: £12.00/night
Short-term storage is available for £3,00/night, subject to availability and 2 nights use per week. This should save you the hassle of towing your caravan home after a weekend, just to return the following one.
Medium stay storage is also available – if you want to leave your motorhome or tourer on our site for a few weeks or months. In low season this is £350.00/month; in high season £450/month.
At Weir Holiday Park we have a few pitches available for seasonal tourers or motorhomes. This also includes storage over winter. The majority of these pitches have water, electric and waste available. Awnings can be put up and left for most of the year. Site rent is £1852/year + metered electric.
Conditions
1. We do not accept bookings from teenage parties, or single sex parties, under the age of 25
2. Pitches are available after 2pm and must be vacated by noon.
3. If you are due to arrive after 5pm please contact us in advance.
4. Commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park without prior arrangement.
5. Site rules apply at all times and these will be provided on booking in.
